Q & A

What is a Hydrafacial?

The Hydrafacial treatment is a breakthrough in aesthetic technology. It takes its name from the root word Hydrate “to cause to take up moisture”. This ability to moisturize the skin separates the Hydrafacial™ from all other skin resurfacing procedures. The Hydrafacial treatment removes dead skin cells and extracts impurities while simultaneously bathing the new skin with cleansing, and hydrating and moisturizing serums. The treatment is soothing, refreshing, non-irritating and immediately effective.

Why is Hydrafacial good for my skin?

Hydrafacial transforms dehydrated and environmentally damaged skin with this “liquid dermabrasion-like” facial. Hydration is the foundation of healthy, radiant skin. Imbalance of the skin such as dehydration, stress, fatigue, acne and redness of the skin have been proven to increase signs of aging. The HydraFacial provides intense hydration resulting in refreshed, youthful, replenished, bright and radiant skin.

Am I a candidate for a Hydrafacial?

The Hydrafacial treatment is designed for all skin types. Even the most sensitive skin easily tolerates the Hydrafacial treatment. Your skin care professional may choose specific treatment serums and/or customize the treatment for your unique skin conditions and needs.

"I have been a long time client of another medical spa. I decided to try Advanced Laser because it's around the corner from my son and I could visit. I live an hour away. I am so happy I tried this med spa. The equipment is fantastic, the staff couldn't be nicer and professional and the services they offer have such a wide range. Sometimes I feel like a traditional facial vs laser. I had a hydra facial and all I can say this is a deep cleaning, exfoliating treatment that you only need maybe 4 times per year. I am so happy with Advanced Laser. So far I've only had Kathy N. for various treatments but have been helped by others on the staff."  - K Smith
