Francine Capuzzo, R.N., R.E., C.L.T.
Francine got her Nursing Degree from Lawrence Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Medford, MA and Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 1980. She was a Staff Registered Nurse at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA for 20 years. Her area of expertise is Vascular Nursing. She left the hospital in 2004 to dedicate herself full time to her Medical Spa, Advanced Laser & Skin Center. Francine's business opened in 1987 offering Electrolysis and Skin care services, and expanded the practice to offer Medical Esthetic treatments in 1996. She is an expert and a pioneer in the field of laser technology and procedures including Laser Hair Removal, Spider Vein Removal, Skin Rejuvenation, and Fraxel Laser treatment. Francine spends her time treating patients, training, and as a resource to her staff.
Kathy Nagel, R.N., B.S.N.
Kathy got her Nursing degree from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso Indiana. She worked many years as a Registered Nurse in various cardiac critical care units before entering the Esthetics's field in 2004. Kathy trained and has ongoing advanced trainings in Beverly Hills, California for the injection of Botox Cosmetics and Cosmetic Fillers. She is also an expert in the field of laser technology including Smoothshapes Laser form Elemé Medical, Inc. for Cellulite Reduction for which she is the US trainer. We are very lucky to have her as she is a leader in the area of Cellulite Reduction. Kathy is also an expert in Fraxel Laser procedures, Skin Tightening and Laser Hair Removal treatments. She has been on the staff of Advanced Laser & Skin Center since 2006.
Jeanna Scully, R.N., B.S.N., Medical Esthetician
Jeanna is a graduate of the Lawrence Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Medford, MA and Regis College in Wellesley, MA. She has been practicing Clinical Skin Care and cosmetic laser procedures in the Boston area for over nine years. She has extensive training and is an expert in skin conditions such as anti-aging procedures, rosacea, pigmentation/age spots, chemical peels, ultrasonic facials, Micro-dermabrasion, laser hair removal and broken capillaries. She joined the staff at Advanced Laser & Skin Center in 2008, and is a currently working as a staff Registered Nurse at Melrose Wakefield Hospital in Melrose, MA on a medical surgical/cardiac unit.
Barbara
Callahan, R.E., C.L.T.
Barbara is a graduate of the Electrology Institute of
New England and has been a Registered Electrologist since 1996. She joined
the staff of Advanced Laser & Skin Center in 1996 after she and her
family were clients for many years. Barbara is a Certified Laser Specialist;
as well as an Advanced Skin Care Technician. She is extremely competent
and experienced with a caring touch. Barbara's areas of expertise are Laser
Hair Removal, Electrolysis, Medical Micro-dermabrasion, Skin Rejuvenation
and Photofacials.
Ellen
Fiore, R.E., C.L.T.
Ellen is a graduate of the Electrology Institute of New England and has
been a Registered Electrologist since 2002. Ellen has been with Advanced Laser & Skin Center since 2003 as a Registered Electrologist.
In 2005 she received her laser training and certificate from Catherine Hinds
Institute. Ellen's areas of expertise are Electrolysis, Laser Hair Removal
and Medical Micro-Dermabrasion.
Deborah
DeCologero, R.E., C.L.T.
Deborah is a graduate of the Electrology Institute of New England and
has been a Registered Electrologist since 2003. Deborah has been a practicing
Electrologist in Lexington and North Reading locations since 2003. In
2006, Deborah completed her laser hair removal training and became Certified.
She joined the staff of Advanced Laser & Skin
Center in 2006 bringing her expertise in permanent hair removal.
Deborah is certified in make-up application as well.
Amanda Lewis, M.E., C.L.T.
Amanda is a graduate of Catherine Hinds Institute of Estethtics graduate of 2006 where she obtained her state license as a Medical Esthetician holding a Certificate in Esthetics and Cosmetic Medical procedures. Amanda has extensive experience in all aspects of Esthetics and Skin Care. Some of her experience includes Boston Electrology (2007-2008), Marilyn Bozzuto Electrology & Skin Care (2007-2010) and American Lasers (2009-2010). Amanda joined the staff of Advanced Laser & Skin Center in May of 2010; we are so lucky to have her. Amanda is our "guru" of skin care. She specializes in acne and pigmentation issues. She is best know for her very personalized and customized treatments to transform any skin condition.
Kristin McGregor, L.E.
Kristin has worked in the Medical field since 1991. She is a Certified
EMT and currently works for Action Ambulance Company. Also, included in
Kristin's background includes training as a Surgical Technician for which
she assisted in many Plastic Surgical cases. Kristin is a 2005 graduate
of Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics and is a State Licensed Esthetician.
Kristin joined Advanced, Laser & Skin Center in 2005 and is the skin
care expert in the office. She specializes in Anti-Aging Treatments, Skin
Rejuvenation, Chemical Peels and Eyelash Extensions.
Donna
Kashian, R.E., Medical Esthetician, C.L.T.
Donna is a graduate of the Electrology Institute of New England and has
been a Registered Electrologist since July 1991. Donna is a recent graduate
of Esthetics of New England where she obtained her state license as an Esthetician
holding a Certificate in Medical procedures. Donna's areas of expertise
are Advanced Skin Care, analysis and treatment, chemical peels and permanent
hair removal, both Electrolysis and Laser Hair Removal.
Karen Damon, L.E., C.L.T.
Karen is a graduate of Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, class of 2004. She received further training in Medical Laser Practices from Nurse Consultant Training in 2005. Karen discovered her "love of skin" when she began working in the Medical Spa industry in 2006. Karen's specialties are Anti-Aging Facial Treatments and Skin care education, Chemical Peels and Laser Hair Removal. Karen's bubbly and outgoing personality is contagious and the client's and the staff love her. Karen joined the Advanced Laser & Skin Center team in 2008.
